They called him a wine bibber, a friend of sinners

Even accused him saying he would destroy the holy temple & rebuild it in three days

How they perceived him wrong, even misunderstood what he meant

They anticipated, watching his lips hoping to find what they wanted to use against him

Wicked, twisted, the self righteous, without hesitation ever so quick to judge

Where is mercy amongst the righteous
The compassion & virtue displayed through the meek

Any one can find a contradiction anywhere, but who can bear the infirmity of the weak

Who is willing to carry his brothers burden & pardon his sin & shame

When they accused him he said “silently under his breath KNOW THE LORD”

When they questioned him he never spoke a word neither did he justified himself

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
Hebrews 12:3
