The root of spiritual problems

Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this even to consider the root of spiritual problems. This train of thought was the result of a healthy dialog i had with a blogger who mention how important is a practical approach to spiritual problems.
I guess all problems has some history behind them a root for many of us yet to discover. However focusing on the problem doesn’t achieve anything unless we have solutions even insight to move forward into freedom that liberates us from thoughts feeling & distorted world views.

Any level of deficiency within our physiological or spiritual make up will lead dysfunctional behaviour.
In terms of morality i don’t want modernise the “sin concept ” but think! for a minuet…may be on a base level sin is a deficiency issue….

The bible says sin was born out of deception which lead to a moral failure which has cost the most prized possession in a man or woman called “ identity
After this terrible cancer was conceived sin became human nature centred around self, manipulation, greed & control a reflection of the world today.

Back to my point about spiritual problems the lack of knowledge can be a root of any current spiritual problem also the lack in terms of being connected to family a community even on a divine level our creator .

There is a chapter in the bible that mentions how the people became a reflection of their object of worship Isaiah 46
Which were deaf, dumb & blind
How common is it to seek identity in objects & things

So when identity becomes confused or misplaced may be this could be a root towards spiritual problems

In conclusion

The gospel message is about reconciliation between God & man a dynamic enduring story that’s transformed my life, which embodies the truths which restores harmony again.
Being connected to Christ who is both saviour my lord the answer to my past present spiritual problems .

  1. Plato, Socrates and Buddha have all been attributed to having said, “Ignorance is the root of all evil.” In other words, evil is not an entity nor is it a life form. It is simply a state of lack, a lack of knowledge (as you stated).
