Church, structure & core values

If your apart of a family, church or any organisation you would recognise that it consist of some framework, which governs the over all view as being apart of that group. The framework or structure is to establish order stability, more importantly for us to become a citizen who can contribute to the core values of a group or the well being of others.

When problems arise within these frameworks of our structures we must first question what is the governing factor. Is it the framework, my contribution as a member because of my position or my core values in terms of what is right according the moral principles.

Often people get confused fighting for power or the direction they feel the group or organisation should go. I’ve seen it in churches, families and In the work place, the uncontrollable force determined to get there own way. This could end up as some subtle manipulation to protect the culture & customs of the group
.
I heard a great message two weeks ago and the sermon was taken from micah 6:8 the heart of the message was about Israel forsook the basic requirements to do justice to love mercy and to walk humbly before their God it seem like the religious routine just took over and God wasn’t pleased with just serving out of duty because serving is about how we deal with people in the light of his love.
The are universal laws that transcends any structure, views or rules that are evident in what we call core values, which should be in harmony with our divine purpose that enables anyone to respond from the heart not my head.

When Martin Luther king Jr spoke it was from that same universal law. He spoke not in reference of a plan or idea , it was from the heart of what he believed ! the core of humanity.

In nature we see the reproduction cycle of life which gives us insight of spiritual truth. Jesus also used the principle of agricultural to illustrate spiritual growth and maturity Mark 4

Looking a nature or insects what do we learn from the ant colony?

Pro 6:6 Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!
Pro 6:7 It has no commander, no overseer or ruler,
Pro 6:8 yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.

With no leader or commander in charge, okay what governs this community of the ant colony?

Well first of all ,I believe a sense of purpose governs their innate nature

The second thing , their core values of interdependence

The third thing the objective of reproduction

These values are self sustaining because everyone knows their role and supports each other
The problem with humanity is we often look to fit in to a role rather than understanding our own design in Order to contribution to the greater good.

So beyond governing structures, the transcending laws are written in the bible and yet so visible in nature more so when we see and understand the hidden treasures of “CORE VALUES”
that lays deep down in the human soul not in any framework or governing structures.
