How important is context?

Before we go into this discussion use your own frame of reference to get the point I’m making . Think about a friend or something you’ve read through the media or the bible . This post is not to say anything new but to simply reflect on what we already know!

To contextualise something said or written is a journey to understand and to establish what is the most important point also to question who does it refer to, before we become defensive
Finding solutions in the text of what’s being said now becomes context . It takes another level of being really objective to move forward

Often we hear what we want to hear dismissing any under tones of needs , emotions or a simple point of view
Why I’m writing this because I’m Passionate about something and I’ve experiencing limited insight when I listen or discuss this subject matter, it seem to be so narrow, what’s wrong with being objective?

Jesus said to his hearers to come to him, find rest and learn from him what a statement , he didn’t tell them about religion but relationship

He didn’t just share knowledge but simple and profound insight relating to the truth.

This is my teacher !

He was gentle enough to relate to human need
Compassionate enough to heal the sick
Forgiving enough to purge the human conscience of guilt and shame

Gracious enough to ensure eternal life to anyone who simply believes

Let’s discuss my topic now , Oh I’ll leave it for another post!

Maybe the video for now.
