Am i the brand?

20140508-202438.jpg

I’m a brand

I’m a brand unique
yet to be discovered

Who’s that in the mirror
a man a women

no a brand
with no labels just values

Is branding you me or an idea placed in our minds eye

Questioning seeking as the bright summer morning

Who am I fooling if I ain’t believing

We think no one is watching

don’t you think their clocking

Branding isn’t how your looking smiling or even trying

Branding is connecting loving sharing what you value & how people feel after you leave them

Digesting reflecting changing may be a thought after a session of you brand selection.

What do you hope to do next
Maybe some in visioning imagining what could be or should be branding the reflection God has made me to be.

Branding.

And to present you faultless
Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.

Ladies and gentlemen, 2013 is about to leave us forever but before it does there are a few things I would like to reflect on. There are thanks I would like to give and I like I said reflect. I would like to reflect my time as a blogger. It has been an amazing journey so far. There were times I wanted to give up, times I had writers block, times when I doubted myself but I am still here. You will see why very soon…..So here we go.

When did you start?
I started blogging at the start of 2012 and what a journey it has been. I have met so many people and I would like to mention a few of those people towards the end of this post.

Why did you start blogging?
I found out  one of my passions was writing just before starting the blog…

Dawning of a new day

20131230-215614.jpg

This year has been a major set back for me considering how I started writing with a passion also the intent to establish a new Career for the benefit of my family, unfortunately it didn’t materialise as planned, however
my core in regards to spiritual truth has been challenged throughout the divorce process watching how destructive this severing between us has killed a part of two people who once were one, however the God of all comfort has given me peace also he has taken charge of my life with the assurance that he is the giver of real life which is immaterial & eternal, praise be to the name of JESUS CHRIST now & forever more.
Many thanks to you all who has crossed my path with rebuke correction with joy and praise for the sincere post not to say that one has attained never the less the passion without the excellence of grammar was evident.
My biggest challenge will always be submission to what The Lord now require of me as a single man destined to serve throughout my life experience
& the knowledge of his truth.
Why I’m writing today reflects the dawning of a revelation of the relationship between man & woman

After the fall in the garden every one at the “seen of the crime” had to bear their own conceqences…

Gen 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

The curse in this scripture seem to be a blessing in the sense of governmental order in terms of the family structure however it also shows me two sides of the coin from a male and female perspective from the male view Adam brought himself under the governance of sin or satan in this action of disobedience & the beautiful women eve was now subject to the man’s Authority.
When my wife decided to lye down with
another man she brought herself under the control or rule of this individual from a spiritual view point, from a biblical view can i relate this point?

The Lord said to Cain before he killed his brother “sin desires you but you shall rule other it” Gen 4v7

Our struggle isn’t against flesh & blood
But the ruling powers of wickedness & the unGodly influenced within our social structures from the top down.
In Rom 6 Paul in a non judgemental view articulates this by breaks it down in this teaching

Rom 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

Rom 6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

Rom 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

So now my journey is about being subject to the power of Christ in the midst of a cooked & perverse world whom we now shine as lights as I search for a specific role in his plans & purpose for me as i redefine myself not by some one but who Christ says that I am.

Many blessing with the abounding power of his grace toward you whats left of this year
& the year to come especially for families husbands & wife pastors and leaders, single men & women who know how much we all need The Lord.

Understanding another human being is a mystery and this post shows us how to connect…thank you Debbie

Two Minutes of Grace

Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also more hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden: it is easier to say “My tooth is aching” than to say “My heart is broken”.  ~ C.S. Lewis

Before listening, before doing anything or saying anything to the hurting person, we have the task of keeping our own attitudes in check.

We won’t always understand another person’s struggle. We won’t always agree with their choices. And we certainly aren’t called to be their fixers. If our approach to the hurting person is to fix them, we’re likely to do harm, however well intended. God heals. We’re just here to lighten the load.

A few things to try;

  • Listen – Listen without assumption. Listen like you’ve never heard or experienced anything like this before so that you really hear what’s…
